Construction of purpose-built walk-in cold store capable of storing all frozen forensic material in a safe and secure environment. The construction shall allow for access for a refrigerated vehicle. The Authority is seeking a supplier that is able to supply and install two bespoke walk-in cold room/holding freezers, into an existing stand alone warehouse on the Essex Police HQ site, for storing forensic materials.
