La COMUE Lyon Saint Etienne réalise au nom et pour le compte du CNSMD de Lyon la réhabilitation du bâtiment SAONE, et son extension en vue de la construction d’une salle modulable (auditorium). Le diagnostic archéologique sur cette zone a été rendu et celui-ci révèle la présence de vestiges archéologiques significatifs.
