The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the purchase of chemicals, service and maintenance as well as consultancy services for bathing installations/installations. Oslobygg KF currently has a portfolio consisting of sports and public baths as well as school baths. The portfolio also includes baths that are only operated in season.
