Description

The Council’s Voids Team manage the works being delivered to bring void properties up to a standard for a new tenancy. As a property becomes vacant, a Technical Manager from the Voids Team visits the property and assesses the repair requirements and creates a schedule of works required. The Council is seeking to engage multiple Contractors to create a pool, who can be called upon to complete specific work activities to assist the in house team.
