The Authority wishes to appoint Contractors to a Framework for the hire of plant and machinery equipment to facilitate many of the Council’s operations across several Service Areas. This Framework will cover the Hire of a wide range of plant and machinery from handheld power tools to large plant vehicles and site containers.
