Description
Hampshire Transport Management (HTM) are a trading arm of the Council who operate a Hire Desk as part of their business. The Hire Desk books short term vehicles on a self-hire basis and manages the booking, invoicing, recharging and also manages the suppliers. The Hire Desk hires anything from a small car up to minibuses and anything in between. The Hire Desk service is open to internal directorates of the Council and other external organisations.
