The FSA is commissioning research to support understanding of the evidence gaps in regard to the economic impact of full cost recovery – the counterfactual, to be understood in line with HM Treasury Green Book Guidance and necessary for any impact assessment – on proposed options for change – would have upon the meat supply chain.
