Description
The novation of a General Medical Services contract to G Doc Ltd: NHS Gloucestershire CCG held a General Medical Services (GMS) contract ("the Contract") with the Partners of Blakeney Surgery ("the Partnership") for the provision of primary care services from Blakeney Surgery. The Contract is subject to the provisions of Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the PCR") (the Light Regime).
