Description
The current Hampshire Disabilities Day Opportunities Model (HDDOM) was developed by Hampshire County Council to address growing and evolving needs in adult social care, particularly for people with disabilities and adults who required structured daytime support. It was also developed to better safeguard, contract manage and review finances. The service has entered its final extension period and is required to be retendered to ensure Hampshire may meet the needs of its eligible residents.
