Description
Main objective of the project This procurement will provide the Council with a single Contractor to provide a comprehensive building fabric works and reactive repair service for the Council's property assets. The contract will deliver day to day operational buildings works, reactive repairs and minor projects. Activities would typically include unblocking drains, repairing broken windows and doors, minor refurbishment of kitchens and offices and fencing and paving works.
