PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE AND NOT AN INVITATION TO TENDER Carmarthenshire County Council wishes to appoint contractors on a framework basis to provide highway grass cutting services on roadside and footway verges, roundabouts, in addition to visibility cutting on bends and junctions in urban and rural areas across the County.
