Historic England is conducting market research through the use of a Request For Information (RFI) to understand if there are suppliers who have the capability and capacity to achieve our requirement. Background to requirement: This project will review the qualitative and quantitative building performance evaluation data gathered for six historic buildings of traditional construction, the 'demonstrator projects', to enable the critical appraisal of the assumed and measured data, and related advice presented in Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for traditional buildings.
