Description
Hampshire County Council is considering a new approach regarding Home to School Transport whereby a vehicle owned by the Council is provided to the contract holder (Operator) as part of a tendered route for school transport. The Operator would be responsible for providing an authorised driver for the vehicle and managing the overall delivery of the contract under their usual licensing arrangements.
