Cambridge City Council completed phase one of a whole system review of homelessness, with phase two being direct awarded to complete a new homelessness strategy, action plan and works required under the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023 which is a review and strategy for Supported Accommodation, under a new contract.
