Northern is intending to initiate a future procurement process for the overhaul, ongoing support, and maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems installed across its legacy BR fleets. The scope of the procurement will include, but not be limited to, the inspection, servicing, repair, refurbishment, and performance testing of HVAC units to ensure continued compliance with safety, comfort, and operational standards.
