ICF Accredited Level 2 With optional Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching. Course should be ICF (International coach Federation) or EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) affiliated to ensure high quality preferably both. Important to be expert level insight as our coaches are already trained to a high level. At the end of the course, I would expect our coaches to be able to teach team coaching to others within DWP.
