Southampton City Council ("the Authority") is in the process of developing a framework agreement ("the Framework") as a procurement vehicle for the commissioning and procurement of social care services covering respite, short breaks & meaningful day-time opportunities under the Council's "Inclusive Lives" commissioning agenda.
