Description
The refurbishment programme for kitchens and bathrooms is required to upgrade the stock to meet standards. The contract is required to supplement LCC DSO in bringing voids kitchens and bathrooms to meet standards before re-letting, The contract is also required to carry out Adult Social Care recommendations for adaptations including Level access Showers and extensions to provide Bathing / Sleeping accommodation.
