Neath Port Talbot Council seeks to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to deliver a programme of works across two project sites: Site A: Cwmparc Located within the uplands above Treorchy, the Cwmparc site comprises both a plateau peatland restoration area and the adjacent cwm valley.
