Croydon Council is looking for a specialist consultancy support to develop the procurement and commissioning approach for the replacement of the General HRA Capital Works, M&E and cyclical works Major Building Works contract. The current contract expires on 31 March 2027 with an option to extend the contract by a further one year to 31 March 2028.
