We would like to take the opportunity to test the market as outlined below, to determine current interest levels in the market for a Technology Enabled Care Service. The proposed service will need to provide the following: a) Install, maintain, storage and recycling of technology enabled care equipment. - Nearly all equipment is now digital, with only a handful of analogue devices still used in the community.
