The MCA is looking to establish a Dynamic Agreement on behalf of the Secretary of State for Transport for any Executive Agency or Arm’s Length Body associated with the Department for Transport, whom will qualify as a Contracting Authority and can access the Agreement on the basis they are procuring services that falls under the Scope of the Framework.
