Description
The Department requires the expertise of a medical service supplier whose clinical advisors will provide advice on whether applications for ill health retirement under the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (TPS) meet the criteria set out in the regulations. A successful service provider will be responsible for reviewing all new ill health applications, including serious ill health applications, as well as first-stage and second-stage appeals.
