Introduction MOPAC will shortly be publishing an opportunity to bid for the contract to establish and run a “Victim Voice Forum” for victims from London’s Black communities. This must be established and run from 2026 for two years, to inform Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) and MOPAC policy and practice on victim care for these communities.
