Description
The purpose of this project is to refurbish the interiors of galleries 30 and 31 and enhancing the environmental control of both galleries through new roof glazing, new solar blinds, new air conditioning and associated ductwork and additional insulation to the external façade of Gallery 31. The anticipated scope of works includes: • Structural alterations including extending the steel frame at roof level • A new external 'over-roof' to replace the existing including new glazing and new solar control blinds. Includes new guarding's, new roller gantries, replacement roof finishes, new louvres…
