The Association of North East Councils trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is establishing a framework for Retrofit Works (NEPO233) This will be a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework for retrofit works across a variety of public-sector settings which may be throughout the United Kingdom or within the North East of England. This will be discussed and agreed as part of market consultation.
