North Northamptonshire Council (here after referred to as 'the Council') Housing Maintenance & Repairs Services maintains c. 8,230 council owned dwellings across North Northamptonshire. The purpose of this contract would be to support the Council's Voids team with any Major Void refurbishment works. Over a quarter of all Council voids are classified as 'Major' voids which require the replacement of a major component e.g. kitchen, heating system, electrical system, notifiable asbestos removal or structural repairs.
