North Yorkshire Council (the Authority) is requesting information from suppliers to help determine the scope and feasibility of its requirement and to assist with drafting a future tender specification for Community and Asset Based Support. The Authority is looking to set up an open framework for a total duration of 7 years (5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years).
