Description
North Yorkshire Council is establishing a closed framework for the provision of Bed-Based Intermediate Care Services. The framework will have a maximum duration of 4 years (2 years with the option to extend for an additional 12 months and then a further 12 months). The framework will be established under the Light Touch Regime. The framework will be divided into 4 geographical Lots and there will be a maximum of 3 providers appointed to each Lot.
