This is a UK13 Dynamic Market Notice for establishment of a Dynamic Market (DM) to procure Direct Production timber harvesting operations via thinning and clear-felling. The purpose of the requirement is to ensure that Natural Resources Wales meets its statutory duties and provides a timber harvesting service for the whole of Wales.
