1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa odbioru, transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów o kodach: 19 12 10, 15 01 02, 19 12 12. 2. Odpady będą przygotowane przez Zamawiającego do odbioru luzem lub w formie zbelowanej. 3. Usługa powinna być realizowana zgodnie z decyzjami posiadanymi na transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów oraz powszechnie obowiązującymi przepisami prawa w tym w szczególności ustawą o odpadach i ustawą Prawo ochrony środowiska (Dz.
