Description
The outreach service will deliver interventions to reduce harm around substance use and associated risky behaviours with a target audience of 16–25-year-olds. The aim of the outreach service is to reduce and / or prevent recreational/experimental use turning into problematic drug and alcohol use. The service will explore new opportunities to provide outreach within the city of Sheffield and will discuss this with commissioners in the new contract period.
