Description
Translink will be creating a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of pre-approved Economic Operators (EO) to assist in training and development of Bus and Rail Engineering staff as described in P-3043 DPS Indicative Scope. Under this procurement the Economic Operator MAY be required to support the Client's social benefit objectives.
