Transport for London (TfL) is conducting preliminary market engagement to understand the current state of the market for Carbon Accounting and Utilities Management solutions. TfL is the largest consumer of electricity in London, with annual consumption of 1.6 Terawatt hours (TWh) in electricity and an additional 50 Gigawatt hours (GWh) in gas.
