Description
Essex County Council (ECC) sought to procure services for the treatment and disposal of Persistent Organic Pollutants Waste (POPs). The successful contractor will be required to make arrangements for the safe disposal of up to 6,500 tonnes per annum of waste upholstered domestic seating (or similar) containing or suspected of containing POPs collected from ECC's network of recycling centres and other collection points including Waste Collection Authority depots and any other third parties as required.
