The aim of the Sheffield PA Workforce Pathway is to establish a sustainable workforce system that supports recruitment, development and retention of PAs through community-led recruitment infrastructure, peer outreach, promotion and network building grounded in lived experience, enabling people to self direct their care more effectively and with confidence.
