The aim of this procurement is to establish a commercial mechanism for Practice Level Support (PLS) services. PLS is an improvement support programme for general practice that helps general practices to make operational changes for the benefit of patients and staff. For patients, benefits are in improved access and health outcomes, and for staff through increased productivity and reduced workload.
