Cirencester Town Council is seeking early engagement with potential suppliers for its 2027 Christmas Lighting Scheme. This pre-market consultation is intended to inform the future procurement process and help the Council understand financial implications, market capacity, innovation, and installation lead times. The Council is not, at this stage, seeking formal quotations or proposals but welcomes interest and feedback from suppliers who may wish to bid when the formal tender is launched in mid-2026 including site visits to plan the scheme (refer to Engagement Section).
