Description
The Council's current Gas Contract expires at the end of March 2027, and the current Electricity Contract expires at the end of September 2028. These have historically operated as separate Contracts which have been procured via the respective ESPO Framework. The Council are conducting this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise in order to support the development of the Specification, Tender, and Contract Documents for the re-procurement of these two Contracts.
