In accordance with Section 16 of the Procurement Act 2023, the Western Riverside Waste Authority (WRWA) is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to engage with suppliers regarding capacity within the UK waste market to process and treat entire waste streams for which WRWA is responsible. WRWA’s existing Waste Management Services Agreement shall expire in 2032.
