Introduction Swindon Borough Council invites you to contribute to preliminary market engagement in relation to providing responsive and scheduled bi-annual maintenance of its automatic doors within 53 properties (33 Sheltered Housing schemes & 20 Corporate Civic buildings) comprising of approx. 126 assets. The council intends on tendering a service contract complying with BS EN 16005 which would also include repairing any faulty automatic doors as and when required, with an all-inclusive service.
