BACKGROUND AND INFORMATION The previous Prison Operator Services Framework (POSF1) was established in June 2019 and expired in July 2025. As a result, the Authority is in the process of establishing a new framework, Prison Operator Services Framework 2 (POSF2). To inform the market and generate interest, the Authority has previously conducted a series of market engagement events.
