NHS South East London ICB and the Dysart Surgery (hereafter referred to as "the Authority") are seeking to commission GP Facilities Management Services for the Bromley Health & Wellbeing Centre to a single provider. The proposed contract duration will be an initial duration of 3 years with further options to extend for 1 year + 1 year, equating to a maximum contract duration of 5 years.
