This soft market testing questionnaire has been produced by Manchester City Council's Highways Service and is intended to gauge thoughts and feedback from the industry in relation to the procurement of the TC041 Contract for Proprietary Treatments to Carriageways and Footways. The current TC041 Framework Agreement covers works to both carriageways and footways but doesn't differentiate between treatments that are carried out by mechanical means (machine lay) or by non-mechanical means (hand lay).
