Bridgend CBC wishes to award the provision of a complex needs (Closer to Home) supported living service at Clos Penglyn, in Pencoed, Bridgend County Borough. The service is jointly funded by Health due to the complexities of care and support needs for people with a learning disability, which may include neurodiverse conditions amongst other support needs.
