Description
Alarm Receiving Company (ARC): The solution requires the provision of an ARC that monitors lone workers 24/7/365. The ARC can escalate an alarm received from a user to the highest Police response levels, where this is appropriate via Lone Worker Unique Reference Numbers (URNs). All incidents must be recorded and in line with GDPR requirements. The ARC must disclose network outages and the root cause of outages in a timely fashion.
