The Council currently manages City Highways and Street lighting work using AppInterface, a solution made up of individual applications largely hosted on-premises, with data stored in an SQL database. The Spoils module is an exception, hosted separately as a standalone website for recording waste materials. In line with our cloud first policy, an on-premises solution is no longer acceptable.
