Description
The Authority is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver the provision of shared lives scheme for adults. The service shall provide a Service for a Provision of Shared Lives to adults who need long term support to match them with a carefully approved Carer. The carer shares their home, family and community life and provide care and support to the person with care needs. Shared Lives Carers can also offer day respite arrangements.
