Description
CERN intends to place a contract for the provision of licences and implementation of an ERP solution. The scope includes software licences, implementation, configuration, integration with CERN business applications, data migration, testing, training and change management activities. The future contract will include an implementation agreement covering an estimated three-year implementation period followed by a separate licencing agreement of 11 years inclusive of optional extensions.
