Description
Public and Personal Safety Training (PPST) Level 2 training is undertaken by other similar organisations including the Home Office and provides physical training to staff conducting a public facing role, to be able to de-escalate and defend themselves and withdraw from a conflict situation. This learning was approved by the Commercial Board in August 2025 and is now part of BAU training events for the appropriate ESOC staff.
